Our company accounts only accept payments made out to our company name that correspond to
our exported goods. If we receive a remittance unrelated to our goods, we reserve the right

The factory is a one-hour drive from the airport; for confirmed visitors, we provide a

If OEM is acceptable?
We accept OEM (manufacturing based on provided samples) and excel at ODM (design and R&D
based on provided drawings). We aim to be your most reliable "behind-the-scenes"
manufacturing partner.
Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
Prototyping fees are refundable: If you place a formal order that meets our Minimum Order
Quantity (MOQ), the prototyping fee will be fully refunded by deducting it directly from the
order payment.
What is your term of payment?
For first-time collaborations or new clients: 30% deposit + 70% balance (payable prior to
shipment).
What is your MOQ?
If you are a new partner or in the market-testing phase, we accommodate "small-batch trial
production" (with minimums as low as 100–300 units). A nominal fee for prototyping or
machine setup applies (typically 500–2,000 RMB), which is fully deductible from the final
order cost once production begins.
Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a direct manufacturer with our own factory facilities and production equipment. We
welcome on-site visits and also facilitate virtual factory tours via video. Every stage—from
raw material procurement to the dispatch of finished goods—is under our strict control,
eliminating middlemen and extra markups.
How long is your delivery time?
Standard orders (100–1,000 units): 15–20 working days; Large orders (over 1,000 units):
25–35 working days (exact timing subject to the production schedule).
How many production lines in your factory?
Your order is processed on a dedicated production line, ensuring it does not compete for
capacity with massive orders; this guarantees both timely delivery and consistent quality.
